**About the role**

Scouts SA has a 12-month contract available for a full-time or part-time Accounts Clerk to join the Head Office team based at Wayville. The Accounts Clerk will responsible for contributing to the success of Scouts SA through the undertaking of day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and other accounts support functions.

This position would suit you if you have experience in a fast-paced diverse business, you are positive and highly professional, and are eager to make a difference in the lives of young people across the state.

**You will be responsible for**
- Timely and accurate processing of AP with correct system allocation
- Accurate processing of GST
- Accurate processing of reimbursement requests and internal recharges
- Monitoring and Actioning a shared inbox
- Reviewing invoices and follow up with various purchasing departments
- Preparing payment runs and ensuring on time payments
- Providing support to the Finance team as required

- Sound knowledge of the AP functions and processes
- Ability to enter large volumes of data in a timely manner
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
