Strategic Analyst

**About the Role**
An exciting role in our Group Tech division has opened up to support our lending platforms within a high-performing and collaborative team.

The purpose of this position is to monitor for reported incidents and change requests impacting our lending platforms, collaborating with vendors to ensure ongoing platform maintenance activities are completed on time to avoid system outages and generally support the smooth day-to-day operation of these critical platforms.

Doing this in a polished and professional manner has a direct, positive impact on the day-to-day experience of our network of users and, by extension, our customers.

Experience working in a high volume, multi-system technical support role is essential.

Experience in the financial industry, especially in a retail home lending domain, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Some high-level analysis of changes to lending platform processes, systems, and procedures
- Timely administration of incidents and change requests
- Facilitation of standard changes to key system components
- Stakeholder management
- Identification of process improvement opportunities which are aligned with business goals and strategies.
- Monitoring and reporting of key lending process and system metrics which are aligned with business goals and strategies.

**About you**
- Experience working in a technical support role.
- Financial Services experience desirable.
- Previous retail lending experience desirable.
- Proven customer service orientation.
- Proven critical thinking skills.
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work within a team to achieve results.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
