**The Role**
You will be required to evaluate Unit outcomes against the Quality System criteria, assess trends, analyse, implement and monitor strategies and solutions. Additionally, you will lead complex compliance audits against relevant Defence Aviation Safety Regulations and other frameworks. You will assist in the development and maintain an annual compliance assurance plan for all Air Force Training Group compliance assurance activities. You will be required to execute, monitor and update the Quality management program and processes which addresses all areas of the Defence Aviation Safety Regulations and WH&S assurance activities.
Prepare and conduct annual Airworthiness Reviews on Air Force Training Group aircraft to produce Military Air Worthiness Review Certificates and associated reports. Identify, review and assess complex risks to aviation safety and document outcomes to senior management. Build and foster strong relationships with both Defence and Commercial organisations. Engage with, and provide advice to, internal and external stakeholders, including senior executive level staff.
