Join our energetic Optical Sales team as a **Vision Services Representative**, where you'll be first point of contact for shaping exceptional partnerships As the key contact for all contract-related inquiries, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining strategic retail relationships between EssilorLuxottica and our valued business-to-business partners. This role is all about seizing opportunities—identifying, analyzing, and driving growth—while ensuring our partners enjoy world-class customer experiences that set the global standard
**Requirements for Success**
- Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for all incoming inquiries
- Enhance client relationships through outstanding servicing, details project reviews and managing expectations
- Engage with relevant Stakeholders to gather information on process, performance and execution to drive continuous improvement
- Using SAP to maintain pricelists and item code creations
- Resolve Point of Sale support concerning Third Party Contracts
- Assist and provide infomation to our Accounts team with resolution queries
- Update & maintain our current processes for our Third-Party accounts whilst identifying opportunities for automated solutions
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience within a Customer Service position
- Strong communicator; both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Project management and strong organisational skills
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office & SAP
- Accounting operations advantageous
- Optical background highly desirable however we can provide training
