**The Role**:
This School Based Admin Traineeship will give you the chance to work and learn from a number of business and admin professionals, all while completing a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll be learning and earning

On the job you’ll work alongside qualified business people - assisting with tasks like answering phones and directing enquiries, filing, scanning and data entry and providing support to a very busy office based administration team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service and communication.
- Getting involved in projects, contributing to the improvement of processes and workflows.
- Maintain and organise records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Be a catalyst for positive change, bringing fresh ideas and solutions to the table

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to learn and be Taught
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Skills in MS Office and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for contributing to positive change
- Reliable, consistent and self-motivated
- Eager to learn
- Committed to delivering a high standard of work
- Good time management and communication skills
- Team player
- Demonstrated dedication to learning and education, ideally having completed year 10
