Receptionist (Traineeship)

**We are looking for a super pro-active and chatty individual to join the Reckitt team to work on our lively reception and to assist with office activities/facilities**
- Receptionist - Sydney Based
- 4-5 days per week on-site - (flexible work arrangement available to accommodate traineeship)
- Traineeship Opportunity (TAFE)
- 12-month fixed term contract

**We’ll depend on you to keep our offices running like clockwork.**

**Responsible for our local head office, you’ll**:

- Take pride in ensuring a safe, bright, clean and attractive working environment
- Set high standards for building safety, cleanliness and security
- Liaise with service providers, including building management and courier companies
- Help our established facilities & admin team plan for conferences, events etc.
- Greet any visitors to our offices and help them navigate the sign in process
- Help set up our new starters with building access and other administrative tasks
- Manage projects such as office moves, space planning and refurbishments.

- **As this role is a traineeship, you must not have previously undertaken a University degree, and you must not have previously had the subsidy claimed by another business on your behalf. Your eligibility for this Traineeship will need to be assessed by the Government prior to starting in the role.**
