You will have the opportunity to:

- Support clients to stay living in their home and connected to their communityEnable clients
- ' social connectedness, and provide services such as domestic assistance, personal care and respite care, supporting client independence at homeEmbody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual

- Play an important role in the team by contributing to the assessment and care planning of each client as required
- Effectively communicate with your team, to ensure the best outcomes for each client

- Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible client experience, teamwork and standard of care
- Your ability to work independently and efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your roleQualifications in individual support or related work experience are beneficial but not essential. We can help you learn and develop in the role.
- Australian Working RightsCurrent valid driver
- 's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
