**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Sales Estimating Manager, you will play a key role in turning customer visions into compliant, build ready designs. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

- Create draft sales plans that comply with SEPP, council regulations, and building codes
- Prepare quote sitings and site layouts using contour surveys, RLs, cut/fill data, and driveway gradients
- Ensure all drawings meet NCC, Australian Standards, and internal drafting practices
- Work in ArchiCAD to deliver high-quality documentation to support tender and variation processes
- Problem-solve design and site constraints while balancing client needs and construction costs
- Manage related administration tasks including document collation, filing, and information processing

**About you**
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MJH and the NEX Group along with:

- Experience working in a residential home construction environment
- Minimum of 1 year producing drawings
- Understanding of the NCC and related construction practices
- Knowledge of current housing codes and regulations
- Ideally with proficiency in a 3D drawing program (training in ArchiCAD will be provided)
- A keen eye for detail and attention to accuracy with demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Organisational ability and initiative
