**Your Role with Us**

As a product specialist, your role is **fun, challenging and exciting.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieving store based KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service whilst juggling multiple tasks or customers.
- In-Depth product Knowledge of DJI Products & Services (not necessary at the beginning)
- Be able to demonstrate the different products on offer including test flying the drone.
- Assisting in our New Pilot Experience Training sessions hosted on Thursday Nights.
- Assist customers setting up their drone for the first time & troubleshooting common issues.
- Embrace our core values of being customer oriented, driven and seek continuous improvement.

**About you**
- A passionate, dedicated individual who has a desire to learn and self-improve.
- Retail & Sales experience is ideal, but not necessary.
- Interest in drones, cameras and technology is ideal, but not necessary.
- Outstanding listening, communication, and people skills.
- Good personal presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
