**Business - Contract Administration Traineeship**

**Your duties may include**:

- Communication with clients, suppliers & staff to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
- Keeping documentation up to date
- Communicating with management on live projects for orders, variations, scheduling etc.
- Prepare contracts for sales and purchases
- Create and manage a contracts strategy
- Generate reports on the current status of existing agreements
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms
- Create standardised language for new contracts
- Analyse and report on specific risks associated with contracts

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen or have the right to work in Australia. Driver's License Preferable
- Strong Computer Skills including use of databases and/or software.
- Drivers Licence Preferrable

Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is a Group Training Organisation who employs apprentices and trainees then places them with Host Organisations. We provide support for all apprentices and trainees by way of our mentoring program which fits in with regular visits to the workplace and TAFE.
