**About The Client**
Our client is a female living with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. She requires a team of dedicated, and mature support workers to assist her with aspects of daily living. Support workers will be required to have
**experience working with complex mental health and positively redirecting behaviours of concern**.

Components of the supports include
**social engagement, community access, and assistance with structured routines. **Person centred care is vital for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach.

In addition to our values, our support staff require
**mandatory compliance**:

- 6-12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Experience working with clients with complex mental illness.
- Driver’s License & Car
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Commitment to an ongoing roster of support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Triple COVID-19 Vaccination
