The Business Technologies Division is an enabling function for other areas to operate in alignment with our business goals. As a Group Engineering Manager, you will partner with the Group Product Manager on strategy and vision and actively contribute to the planning and prioritisation of the division and crews backlog and roadmap. The two will work together in aligning and prioritising value chains across multiple divisions, working closely with their respective GPM and GEM counterparts.

**Who are you?**
- Responsible for developing technology strategy and roadmap (1-2 years) aligned with company vision and strategy.
- Oversees the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions.
- Ensure the security, integrity and health of the technology and tech debt backlog for their respectively owned services.
- Initiative planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Directly manages and oversees a team of Engineering Professionals (Tech Leads, Principal Engineers, Engineers etc), across a crew.
- Foster continuous improvement, and ensure scalable, high-quality architecture & technical platform through mentorship and technical leadership.

**You have**
- Proven experience in technology strategy development and execution at a leadership level.
- Strong technical background with expertise in engineering practices, product architecture, and technology delivery.
- Experience leading engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving and risk management skills, with the ability to balance short-term delivery goals and long-term vision.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Design, and other engineering teams.
