**The Role**
The Geochemistry Division in Zillmere is seeking a Leading hand for our warehouse. This role will be primarily looking after all the warehousing, store/stock and sample/waste management loading and unloading of trucks and storing as instructed, Other floor duties in quieter periods will also be required.

**The day to day**
This is a leadership role with the following responsibilities:

- Organising designated tasks to maximise daily efficiencies
- Ensuring production targets are met
- Performing manual handling tasks
- Preparation of orders and receipting of goods
- Ensuring the section complies with relevant quality and HSE requirements.

**The essentials**
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience
- A high level of organisational ability with attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
- Forklift ticket
- Basic computer skills
- Be flexible and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- A strong commitment to safety and client service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physically fit, and prepared to carry out manual tasks
- Willing to work in a dusty and noisy environment (PPE including safety glasses, dust and hearing protection provided.
