**Your new role**

Your new role as a project/engagement officer is a diverse role that would benefit applicants looking to build upon their experience in project management and support.

Your primary responsibilities are:

- Provide project/program management support and administrative assistance;
- Assist in the preparation of a range of documents including policy papers, briefings, and responses to enquiries;
- Assist with the planning, development, implementation, and management of activities in relations to relevant projects;
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project communications in accordance with communication, change and engagement plans
- Assist in the preparation of training materials, including learning guides, assessment tools and presentations as required
- Plan and coordinate project related activities that align the overall project as directed
