- Due to growth, this newly created role is designed to triangulate the functional operations of Procurement, Inventory & Finance.

THE ROLE & WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- This Finance, Procurement & Inventory position will ensure invoices are being reconciled with purchasing requisitions, understanding the flow of information between Procurement, Inventory and Finance.
- You may come from a junior supply chain, operations, procurement/purchasing or inventory type background, ideally within a manufacturing business.
- The role also supports and provides information & feedback to a customer service and sales team and you will need to proactively engage stakeholders such as these teams as well as finance and inventory people to ensure their questions are answered regarding any anomalies and trends you identify.
- You will use PRONTO to demonstrate an understanding of data and be able to interrogate and run reports through it to drive activity - ie backorders, inventory, where are the trends or blockages, out of stock products, etc.
- Ability to manage databases, data entry, reporting tools and to manage large datasets are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ideally minimum intermediate Excel, and managing data and data systems, such as CRMs or SAP and other reporting tools are critical.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, follow-up and follow-through to completion & resolution, in a timely manner, are critical.
- Lateral and logical thinking will be useful for this role.
- You should be motivated, engaged, an energised self-starter, driven to succeed.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal English communication skills will be essential.
- You are a team-player and collaborate effortlessly with colleagues in different parts of the business.
- Integrity, professionalism and a customer-centric orientation is critical.
