**About the role**

The People Culture and Wellbeing (PCW) function is responsible for ensuring that VCAT's workforce has the appropriate culture, health & wellbeing plan, capability and organisation design to meet the strategic objectives of VCAT.

The HR Reporting and Administrative Officer will be responsible for producing and maintaining key workforce data and reports for PCW and other internal stakeholder across VCAT. The role is also required to provide end to end Human Resources administrative support to PCW, all managers and supervisors across VCAT.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong digital, data, reporting and analytical skills
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with HRIS, preferably Chris21
- Experience providing services in a diverse environment.
