Business Case Manager

We are looking for a Manager who has knowledge and experience in large business and technology transformations and improvement initiatives, with a focus on Business Cases. You’ll have a history of successful business case development and validation. As well as a good understanding of investment decision making processes. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading small teams in transformation engagements. **What you'll do**: - Leading and writing business cases related to business and technology transformation projects - Guiding clients in value management process through benefit identification, quantification and tracking. - Identifying and benchmarking business opportunities - Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader. - Leading and managing cross functional teams located locally and virtually - Foster strong stakeholder relationships with senior leaders from clients. **What you'll bring**: - 6+ years’ experience in enterprise transformation, project delivery, business case development, strategy - Strong consulting experience (internally in an organisation or externally at a consultancy company) - Business and Finance experience with a relevant degree - A big plus is ERP business case experience covering all core enterprise functions (Finance, Procurement, Assets Management etc) - Excellent communicator, client management and negotiation skills. - Excellent analytical skills **Let's talk about what's in it for you** Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
