We value diversity of experience and anyone who can drive outcomes that deliver value to our customers; DigiRen is a community that enables great work and accelerated learning. **Role Overview**: - Have a strong track record of building and leading technology consulting and or delivery teams, be highly analytical, exceptional in distilling value for customers, love to be customer-facing, and have the ability and aspiration to roll up the sleeves and deliver. - Demonstrate a history of utilising a consultative approach to help customers. This could be experience working in a technology consulting firm or working in pre-sales or the professional services division of a hyperscale cloud vendor or system integrator. - Understand the complexity of cloud transformation programs from experience working on large scale public cloud projects. - Have experience working with both enterprise and public sector organisations. Be a leader and builder in our business and help us collectively “hold the line” ensuring a high quality of work in everything we do, including strengthening and improving our advisory artefacts and methodologies and contributing to thought leadership and go to market activities. The Victorian General Manager is responsible for building the Victorian practice through the acquisition of new customers, hiring and developing a local team of cloud consulting professionals, managing team utilisation, and delight our customers everyday through high quality delivery execution. You will build strong relationships with our customers senior technical and business stakeholders, work well in ambiguous situations, formulate direction and coach, mentor and lead customer resources and external delivery partners through the engagement and program life cycle. As a DigiRen General Manager, you will join an inclusive and welcoming team of Cloud leaders who are among the best in the business. **Position Responsibilities**: As a General Manager at DigiRen, you will: - Define, implement and own the strategy for the Victoria practice. - Establish the DigiRen brand within the Victoria market; driving brand awareness and capturing mindshare with key executive persona’s and stakeholders. - Establish and grow key local partnerships. - Own the customer engagement lifecycle for the practice, from sales through to resource management and successful delivery of customer outcomes. - Build and foster an internal culture of collaboration, maintaining a high quality bar, and provide each team member with a platform to perform exceptional work and exponentially develop their skills and career. **Requirements**: - Extensive career experience as a leader in IT advisory and consulting, cloud computing, IT strategy and delivery, specifically working on large scale public cloud programs. - People management experience in an enterprise technology context performing matrixed leadership in complex environments. - Experience working in and with both enterprise and public sector organisations. - C’ level presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations - Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. - Ability to travel to client locations within Australia when needed. - Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance would be advantageous. **Benefits** DigiRen is an equal opportunity employer.
