Are you ready to lead a team of passionate dog lovers in a dynamic, tail-wagging environment? At The Dog Ranch, we're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dog Daycare Manager to oversee our bustling daycare operations and ensure every pup has a paws-itively amazing experience

**What You'll Do**:

- **Lead and Inspire**: Manage a dedicated team of daycare attendants, fostering a positive and energetic workplace culture.
- **Maintain Excellence**: Oversee the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- **Coordinate Operations**: Manage daily schedules, including playtimes, rest periods, and enrichment activities for 30-50 dogs.
- **Oversee Transport**: Supervise and or organise our pick-up and drop-off services, ensuring safe and timely transportation for all pups.
- **Engage with Clients**: Build and maintain strong relationships with pet parents, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- **Drive Growth**: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase bookings, and promote our services.
- **Social media**: lead the team with our social media, collect, create & compilate our posts for the end of the day, highlighting all of our dogs and their amazing daycare adventures.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in animal care, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. must be physically capable of handling dogs up to and over 60kgs.
- **Education**: Relevant qualifications in animal care, veterinary science, or business management are advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with staff and clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a structured environment.
- **Passion for Dogs**: A genuine love for dogs and their well-being is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
