**Function Sales Supervisor - Melbourne 200-Room Property**

Join a dynamic team as a **Sales Supervisor **at a vibrant Melbourne 200-room property We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in event sales, particularly in the corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drive and achieve sales targets, with a focus on corporate and MICE events.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.**:

- **Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.**:

- **Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in event sales, especially in corporate and MICE.**:

- **Strong negotiation and communication skills.**:

- **Results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**:

- **Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.**:

- **Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.**

The Offer:
**Competitive salary**: Salary is fully negotiable, ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
