**About the role**:
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Show/Social Producer to join the **Hughesy, Ed & Erin Breakfast show on 2DayFM **based in **Sydney.** If you are an experienced Radio Producer with a knack for producing quality digital content for socials then we want to hear from you

**What you’ll be doing**:
The Social/Show Producer is a dual role pivotal to fostering audience expansion through the delivery of premium show and social media content. With a focus on innovation and creativity, this position supports the integration of fresh and contemporary ideas into the show, ensuring its continuous relevance and appeal.

Functioning as a key member within the production team, the Producer ensures alignment of all on-air and digital content with the station's overarching brand message. They also navigate through stringent risk assessment protocols and on-air regulatory guidelines to guarantee the integrity and compliance of each segment.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Experience creating relevant and on-brand content within a metro market.
- Proven track record of curating captivating social media content with demonstrable success, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of all major social media platforms.
- Have a genuine passion for content and an appetite to create innovative and industry leading content.
- Self-motivated and with excellent team working skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with SCA’s target audiences.
- The ability and an interest to adapt to new industry technology and best practices in audio.
- Experience demonstrating active problem solving and the ability to think on your feet.
- An understanding of legal compliance issues with regards to contests including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes
- Comfortable working unsociable hours eg: early morning shifts when required.
