Due to business growth, we have a multiple newly created opportunities for an experienced cleaner to join our team on a casual basis. Work will be in Footscray, Sunshine and St Albans. Working hours are roughly 20 hours per week (5 days per week) in the evenings with a 4:30pm/5:00pm start.

**The Role**:

- Casual opportunity
- Must be available from Monday - Friday
- Highly autonomous role cleaning sites for our client, who is one of Australia’s leading construction companies
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred

**About You**:

- Current Victorian driver’s licence is essential
- Be physically fit to be a day to day hands on leader in an outdoor environment
- Experience driving utilities
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and develop people while on the job
- Ability to deliver quality service standards and a keen eye for detail

Westgate Community Initiatives Group Ltd (WCIG) is a community based not for profit organisation that is committed to creating practical responses to unemployment throughout Melbourne and Geelong. WCIG operates two social enterprises to create accessible employment for people with a disability. One of our social enterprise businesses, Cleanable Property Maintenance is undergoing an exciting phase of growth. Cleanable is a commercial cleaning service, commercial, office and grounds cleaning.

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
