About the Role

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Leading the school wide corporate services in a large complex school environment.
- Lead and Manage Human Resources for school support staff.
- Provide high level strategic advice to the Principal and the executive management team regarding the development and ongoing management of the school's annual budget in accordance with operational plans.
- Management of school budget to effectively analyse and report on financial performance against agreed objectives.
- High level of stakeholder engagement to influence and negotiate the strategic vision of the school.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business with the aim of improving learning outcomes for all students.
- Oversee the workplace Health and Safety and day-to-day management of facilities and maintenance.
