**About the Opportunity**

Upon the completion of our brand new, purpose-built Super Distribution Centre, our busy Parts division has created an exciting opportunity for a **Parts Administrator** to join the orange family

Based in **Brisbane**, this position will see you joining our parts warehouse and your core focus will be to provide end-to-end administrative support from an operational standpoint. You will be an integral part of the team and recognised for being a creative problem solver as you identify every opportunity for continuous improvement in sourcing and supplying parts.

**About you** - To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Safety Orientated - A strong, developed awareness and commitment to Hitachi’s number one priority
- Coordination Experience - Demonstrated knowledge and previous experience in a similar warehouse administration or parts support role
- Computer Literacy - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be a distinct advantage - Confident use of CRM is essential to this role as you will be responsible for raising work orders, receipting, invoicing and accurate data management
- Industry Knowledge - Previous experience in earthmoving or associated industries would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
- Flexible productivity - A self-driven Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively and keen ability to strategically multi-task
- Personable and Professional Communication Skills - _above all else, _your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you apart from the rest when dealing with various stakeholders to deliver customer success stories
