As a Service Delivery Manager for Networking and Security Services, you will lead and oversee our Network and Security Services. Playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical solutions to our clients. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of Networking and Security services to our clients, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in networking and security will be instrumental in driving and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery processes, drive operational excellence, and uphold the organization's commitment to security and reliability.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end service delivery process for Networking and Security Services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.

2. Monitor service performance metrics and proactively address any deviations or challenges that may arise.

3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and quality.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their networking and security needs and ensure their satisfaction.

5.Collaborate with the Digital Operations and Applications teams to identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and fostering long-term client partnerships.

6.Conduct regular vendor assessments to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level commitments.

7.Work together with the Security team to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities in the service delivery process.

8.Ensure that all networking and security services comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

9.Work with clients and internal stakeholders to assess networking and security requirements, providing expert advice and recommendations.

Key Capabilities:
1. Industry certifications related to networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and security (e.g., CISSP, CISM).

2. Familiarity with cloud networking and security concepts.

3.Experience in Palo Alto networks and ZScaler Services.

4.Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.

5.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6.Strong understanding of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

7.Solid technical background and expertise in networking and security technologies and solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in service delivery management with a focus on Networking and Network Security Services.

3.Strong understanding of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
