About the Role
As Service Delivery Manager you will hold overall responsibility for providing and overseeing quality and cost-effective delivery of PSG procurement and logistics services to Datacom PSG customers. This role manages the service delivery relationship with the customer.
What you’ll do

**As Service Delivery Manager you will**:

- Provide service delivery management, including the implementation of a solution in accordance with contracted terms
- Establish and refine delivery processes ensuring consistency in customer experience, assessing customer feedback and improving procedures accordingly
- Participate with managers and engagement teams in defining, designing, costing and scheduling
- Determine PSG staffing delivery resources and ensure that qualified internal and contractor resources are in place to meet program or project goals according to plan
- Support transition of projects from the delivery readiness team to the permanent delivery team, engage appropriate resources to staff subsequent engagement phases, secure engineering support, and facilitate cross geographic resource alignment
- Establish a responsive business relationship with the customer including problem reporting, escalation and resolution processes
- Manage risk and the impact of customer change requests, thence identifying service implications
- Develop and communicate the delivery status and performance reports.

What you’ll bring
This is an exciting, leadership role and we are looking for someone with over 5 years’ experience working in a managed services environment. You will be passionate about managing outcomes, provide exceptional customer delivery. You’ll bring broad and deep understanding of infrastructure projects and related project dependencies. Along with demonstrated understanding and implementation of Service Delivery and Project Management disciplines. You will understand financial management practices, and the relationship between costs, utilisation and project revenue.
You will have had experience managing complex issues of diverse scope and will be comfortable working across multiple teams to achieve a win/win outcome for all involved. You will be analytical, have strong influencing skills and will strive to develop an innovative culture across Datacom.
We are also looking for someone with experience managing and leading major incidents and problem management for this particular role.
