**About Us**:
At Funky Food we fight food waste by buying fresh fruit and veg rejected by supermarkets and selling it to customers for much cheaper than the supermarkets. We are a rapidly growing company with an increasing administrative load, looking for a reliable and motivated worker to take ownership of the administrative duties of the company.

We are a young company with a young founder who is keen to make an impact, we hope to first solve the problem of food waste in Australia and eventually the world.

**About You**:
You will be a motivated, fast thinking individual who is keen to make an impact at a mission driven company.

You will have a good eye for details, and be able to identify and solve tasks with little outside input.

Ideally you will have previous administrative experience, some experience with Xero is strongly preferred.

This role is well suited for university students, particularly accounting/commerce or law students. This is not a requirement, but is preferred.

**Job Description and Duties**:
This is a fairly multifaceted job, with responsibilities varying by the week and day. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

- Creating and up keeping spreadsheets, including timesheets
- Some use of Xero, including importing and paying invoices, as well as reconciling transactions
- Other computer and office duties
- Communicating and liaising with suppliers
- Organising and prioritising tasks, including instructing and managing junior team members
- Day to day administrative roles not otherwise specified

**Hours**:
**Pay**: $35/hour

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rocklea, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
