**Duties**:

- Overseeing and managing the daily operations.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies and purchasing policies, along with setting competitive pricing.
- Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate records of stock and financial transactions.
- Selling products and services to customers while advising them on how to best use or enjoy them.
- Planning and managing the business’s budget to ensure financial efficiency.
- Determining the optimal product assortment, stock quantities, and service quality standards.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Ensuring the store’s compliance with health, safety, and occupational regulations.

**Skills, experience and qualifications**
- Applicant must have Diploma level qualification or Higher-level qualification.
- Must have an experience of minimum 1 year working as a retail manager.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

**Position**
- Permanent full-time position
- 38 hours per week
- $75,000 - $80,000 per annum

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- retail manager: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
