About Us

Retail Core Projects Pty Ltd is an established design and project-delivery firm specialising in commercial, retail and fit-out projects across Australia.

Due to strong project growth, we're looking for a talented Architectural Draftsperson / 3D Modeller to join our collaborative, fast-paced team.

The Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across a range of commercial and retail projects, supporting concept design, documentation and 3D visualisation.

You will work closely with architects, designers and project managers to turn concepts into accurate technical and presentation drawings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing accurate 2D drafting (plans, sections, elevations and details).
  • Developing 3D models and visuals for design presentations and documentation.
  • Translating concept sketches and architectural briefs into professional drawings.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers.
  • Maintaining drawing standards, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Working on multiple commercial / retail projects simultaneously.
  • Assisting with site measurements and drawing updates as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working in commercial or project-based environments (Preferred, but not essential).
  • Strong proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modelling (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Immediate availability or short notice period.
