Critical communications - IT systems support - Grade 4 - 130K + super + benefits **Role Purpose**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Creation and management of users and security groups across Okta and Active Directory. - Administration, support, configuration, access control, and facilitation of platform upgrades, patches, and change requests. - Virtualisation, configuration, monitoring, administration, support, and patching of Windows OS servers. - Coordinate with third-party vendors for extended support and operational activities. - Engage and collaborate with customers to improve operational excellence. - Maintain and build where necessary, Operating Procedures across Applications, Servers, and Identity support and administration. **Key Performance Measures**: - All System Changes are documented, managed, deployed and fully compliant with the ITIL Change Management process. - Server and resource monitoring and alerting are active. - Quantity of Support tickets is regularly at a satisfactory level as agreed with Operations Manager. - Operational procedures are documented and actively maintained with up-to-date information. **Technical Skills Required**: - Basic awareness (must have a basic understanding) of ServiceNow (ITSM), Appian. - Expert ("Go-to" Person) in Identity Management tools - Active Directory, Okta. - Expert ("Go-to" Person) in Windows Server 2016 and above. - Advanced (must be able to coach others) in Linux Red Hat. - Advanced (must be able to coach others) in Azure and O365. - Basic awareness (must have a basic understanding) of ITIL Change Management.
