Our client is a charitable organisation that support court mandated clients undertake an addiction rehabilitation process. Their organisation has a team of 13 staff including Counsellors, Social workers, and administration staff to ensure that all clients' needs are looked after.
- The role of receptionist encompasses but is not exclusive of the following functions and responsibilities. This position is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
- **The role**:
- Undertake general reception inquiries for clients and members of the public
- Answer and redirect incoming calls
- Data entry as required
- General administrative duties
- Assist counsellors & welfare workers in administrative matters
- Maintain recording and storage systems on administration matters
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and information
- Assist visiting doctor with reception duties
- Adhere to the client's Code of Conduct regarding behaviour and ethics
**Essential Criteria**:
- Previous experience in administration duties is ideal
- Experience working with disadvantaged clients ideal.
- Friendly and pleasant personality
- Computer literateGood knowledge of excel program
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work individually and in a multi-disciplinary team.
