**Description**:
**About the role**:
Are you passionate about improving the lives of seniors? We’re looking for dedicated Aged Care Support Workers to join our compassionate team. In this role, you’ll provide essential care and support to help our clients live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care, mobility, and domestic tasks.
- Provide social support and facilitate community and wellness activities.
- Communicate effectively with your team leader about client needs and progress.
- Transport clients to appointments and social events.
- Provide on call Emergency Response support to our clients as required

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate III Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community, or current nursing students with completed aged care placement.
- Previous experience in aged care or community services.
- Basic computer skills and accurate documentation.
- Ability to work independently and report to a supervisor.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards aging.
- Current Australian Open Drivers License, reliable vehicle, National Police Check, first-aid and CPR certificates, and COVID-19 vaccination status as per the Government recommendations.
- Ability to work on call for our Emergency Response team as required, which could include night and weekend shifts (please let us know if you have this availability.
