We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Placement Officer to join our team and play a vital role in connecting people with disabilities to meaningful employment and support services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, service providers, and clients to facilitate successful job placements for individuals with disabilities.
- Assess the skills, qualifications, and employment goals of clients and match them with appropriate job opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to clients throughout the placement process to ensure successful employment outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized employment plans for clients, addressing barriers to employment and promoting long-term success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, employment laws, and disability services to ensure best practices in placement.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in disability services, employment services, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, employers, and team members.
- Demonstrated understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities in the job market and a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple placements and relationships simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards within the disability sector is preferred.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $62,512.73 - $75,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
