**About the Role**:
An opportunity has become available for an organised and productive person with a high attention to detail to join our like-minded team in our Office Supplies department. You will be responsible for offering exceptional service and administration duties.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- prepare quotes & process orders
- organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- respond promptly to all enquiries
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- provide delivery information
- work at the highest level of accuracy
To be successful in this role you will have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, a high-energy approach, fast learning skills and motivation to provide exceptional service, and most importantly a high attention to detail.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (required)
