**ABOUT THE REGULATORY REFORM DIVISION**
The Regulatory Reform Division (RRD) supports the Minister for Finance to drive a whole-of-government approach to modernising regulation through technology, innovation and stewardship to ensure it is fit for purpose for Australians.
We work with Commonwealth and State and Territory Government agencies, the business community and other stakeholders to explore common challenges and design solutions that support economic growth and wellbeing.
RRD develops regulatory policy (with a focus on digital and data), undertakes targeted reform projects, and enhance regulator practice and performance to achieve tangible improvements in outcomes for the Australian community.

Exciting opportunities exist in the Regulatory Reform Division (RRD), where we are looking for talented and energetic people to cut through on complex policy problems and deliver outcomes from practical reform projects.
We have multiple opportunities at the APS 4,5,6 levels across the Regulatory Technology and Innovation; and APS Regulatory Reform branches in the RRD. These roles will support delivering and driving projects on complex regulatory policy, practice and performance problems through digital, innovation and stewardship.
RRD is a fast paced, multidisciplinary division where teams focus on priority emerging issues for Government. We are looking for looking for team players who come from a range of disciplines including policy, economics, digital and artificial intelligence, program delivery, platform design, law, Human Centred Design and engagement.
As a motivated and enthusiastic team member, you will work collaboratively to investigate and provide advice on potential reforms. You may be expected to get across information quickly and develop innovative solutions that can be tested and consulted across government, in international forums, and with States and Territories, industry and academia.
