Want to make a real difference in preserving Aboriginal heritage while enabling projects to proceed? We're seeking a passionate Leader to join our team. You'll get to travel across the diverse landscapes of WA, consulting and collaborating with Native Title holders to find mutually agreeable solutions. This is a unique opportunity to bridge divides and bring people together, guided by cultural understanding and respect.

**In this role you will**:

- Become an expert in Aboriginal Heritage and Native Title matters, using your knowledge to assess projects and provide clear guidance to minimise risks to Heritage and Native Title while ensuring the efficient delivery of Water Corporation’s capital projects and operational activities
- Build open and trusting relationships with Traditional Owners through transparent communication and proven reliability
- Present at internal and external stakeholder meetings to find common ground amidst complex situations
- Travel throughout WA's regional and remote locations

**Your skills and experience**:
There are a few things that we’ll look for in your CV.
- Experience and knowledge in Cultural Heritage Management
- Strong personal leadership with integrity, clear communication, accountability, vision, and self-awareness
- Considerable experience in community engagement dealing with Aboriginal Heritage and/or Native Title with knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal protocols
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and administrative procedures in Western Australia in relation to Aboriginal Heritage and Native Title
- Demonstrated organisational and project management skills
- Ability to travel to regional offices and communities within the State
