**Mission**: to translate mark-ups into drawings, check and plot drawings and correctly label final working drawings. This position is also responsible for setting up and maintaining standard drawing files by the company drafting and related standards applicable to the project.

**Main responsibilities**:

- assisting Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organisation
- interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice
- preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications
- preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings
- collecting data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment
- performing routine computations and plotting preliminary data
- Draft plans for diaphragm wall activities in Autocad and 3D modeling
- Finalizing the final AutoCAD model to be used for the production
- Preparing rough sketches and detailed drawing packages necessary to perform all construction phases.
- Develop presentation into construction details and drawings
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
- Read, understand and interpret design drawings and standard details

**Main hard skills**:

- Degree from a technical college
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting and 3D modeling
- Capacity to read 2D and 3D drawings
- Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
