**About the role**:
You will be working closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and execute The Yiros Shop’s mission of providing the best food and service to our customers. You will be responsible for general operations as an Assistant Manager, which includes:

- Support leading your restaurant team daily, encouraging a positive and collaborative workplace equally across the store.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations in collaboration of the store.
- Leadership in ethical standards and behaviours consistent with reinforcing The Yiros Shop values and culture by modelling supportive behaviour.
- Ensuring high-quality food is served by following Hygiene and Food Safety standards.
- Outstanding customer service is always provided to our customers.
- Basic understanding of supporting employee relations.
- Responsible for stock ordering/supplies.
- Supporting training, coaching and developing with your team on company and training standards.

**About YOU**:
You must have experience as an Assistant Manager within the hospitality industry. Highly required is a good attitude

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Assistant Manager: 1 year (required)
