PERSOLKELLY are working with an insurance-based organization in West Perth to find an experienced Travel Consultant to begin immediately.

PERSOLKELLY are working with an insurance-based organisation in West Perth to find a readily available Travel Consultant to join their team ASAP for a temporary assignment. This role will initially be for approx 2 months but has the potential to extend.

**Working hours**: 38 hour week, Mon - Fri (Flexible hours)

**Pay Rate**:$30- 32 ph + Super

**Start Date**:ASAP Start

**The Role**:
The Travel Consultant is responsible for the sale and coordination of travel arrangements for customers while providing information, advice and booking services.

**Some of the key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options.
- Plan, prepare and cost itineraries (travel plans) for clients
- Enter consumer detail, travel details, account details and notes in the travel system and maintain 100% accuracy.
- Issue tickets for travel, accommodation vouchers, invoices and all relevant documentation within deadline timeframes.
- Utilise the sale of the Travel Company's preferred product range
- Check Member detail and credit status via the relevant Capricorn system.

**Experience and skills required**:

- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong customer focus and respect for customers external and internal and team members.
- Strong computer and written skills.
- Able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving ability along with a focus on attention to detail.
- High level of personal presentation.
