Midland, Australia IPA Personnel Services Full time

IPA have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time, high performing outbound salesperson to join our Clients Customer Retention team

Our Client is currently seeking a self-motivated, high performing outbound salesperson to join our professional Customer Relations Department.

You will be responsible for contacting existing customers, to secure vehicle service appointments. A strong focus on maximising customer retention by building value of our service operations and maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.

**Essential experience and skills**:

- Outstanding phone manner and written communication skills
- High level of computer competency & excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong focus & discipline on maintaining processes and standards
- High level of integrity & professionalism
- A team player with the ability to work in a vibrant team environment
- Experience working in the automotive industry is high desirable but not essential
- Experience working in an Outbound Contact Centre achieving set targets/KPI's would be advantageous
- Proven sales capability with previous sales experience including objection handling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
