We have an exciting opportunity to develop a rewarding career** **as a **Customer Relations Administrator** at** our Autoleague Call Centre. **To be considered, you will excel at providing excellent customer service and continuously maximising guest satisfaction.

As a **Customer Relations Administrator**, you will be responsible for promptly answering incoming customers calls, identifying their needs, efficiently booking vehicles in for service appointments, following up, providing solutions to customer queries, and liaising with internal departments. You will also act as a passionate brand ambassador, consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our customers.

**YOU**:

- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to professionally handle high call volumes with a helpful and bright phone manner
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport
- Highly personable and empathic with exceptional listening and influencing ability
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- ** Inbound / Outbound Customer Service Expertise within a Call Centre Environment is highly regarded**
