The Organisational Resilience Manager is a key contributor to this mission, responsible for supporting and delivering initiatives within ART’s organisational resilience program. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the business, driving continuous improvement and embedding CPS230 Operational Risk Management practices. - Guide business units in fulfilling continuity requirements through Business Impact Analysis, plan reviews, and testing.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive continuous improvement and ensure the resilience program remains fit-for-purpose.
- Develop and maintain governance documents that underpin ART’s resilience framework.
- Provide expert advice on risk mitigation aligned with regulatory requirements, Board risk appetite, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to reporting for Executive, Committee, and Board audiences, highlighting risk profiles, control effectiveness, and emerging issues.
- Manage and enhance disruption and crisis management processes, tools, and preparedness activities.
- Coordinate and lead activities to support ART’s Organisational Resilience Test and Exercise program, working with Critical Operation Owners, Leads and key stakeholders within the business.
