**Role - ServiceNow Administrator (Australia)**

**Location**: Sydney / Melbourne / Canberra / Brisbane (Hybrid / Onsite)

**Employment Type**: Full-time / Contract

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance** of the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage **users, groups, roles, and access controls (ACLs)**.
- Maintain and update **CMDB, service catalog, knowledge base, and workflows**.
- Configure and monitor **incident, problem, change, and request management processes**.
- Support **ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and system health checks**.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with developers to support enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
- Generate and maintain **reports, dashboards, and performance analytics**.
- Ensure compliance with **ITIL and company standards**.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **2-5 years** of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of **ServiceNow ITSM modules** (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
- Experience with **user and role administration, ACLs, and platform security**.
- Understanding of **Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB best practices**.
- Familiarity with **ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting**.
- Basic knowledge of **JavaScript / Glide scripting** (advantage, not mandatory).
- Experience supporting **platform upgrades and patching**.
- **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)** certification required.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with **ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC modules**.
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification.
- Exposure to **integration support (REST, SOAP APIs)**.
- Public sector / government project exposure (for Canberra roles).

Pay: $50,994.70 - $105,919.67 per year
