**About the Role**:
Based on St Vincent Street, Port Adelaide, the role is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Reporting to the State Manager of SA & National Reefer Manager, the Sales Support Representative will support sales executives in their day to day business activities to promote ANL & CMA CGM services and non maritime products.

**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:
Provide sales support to a dedicated portfolio of ANL & CMA CGM customers

Ensure all quotes are followed up to ascertain market information

Monitor quotes sent & update quote log (or MID) ensuring win/loss ratio

In conjunction with the State Manager, create and exploit opportunities to increase the volume and profitability of cargo carried for the ANL & CMA CGM group

Compilation of weekly and ad hoc statistics for analysis purposes, including performance reports and account monitoring

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Completion of year 12 or equivalent or degree in business or related disciplne

Keen to start and build your career in shipping/supply chain and logsitics

Strong proficiency in computer skills

Customer oriented with sound relationship building skills

Good communication skills

Highly organised and self-motivated with ability to plan and coordinate workflows
