**About the Role**
BOQ Group is transforming it's customer experience through the introduction of a new Digital Banking Platform. For our lenders, leaders and customer service teams across BOQ, ME Bank and Virgin Money, there is a significant change agenda as they learn new skills, systems and approaches to support existing and new customers to reimagine their banking experience. The Capability Partner - Transformation Projects is responsible for scoping, designing, building and delivering learning curriculums, courses and on the job support tools that enable bankers to confidently and competently adopt the change and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and reference Change Impact Assessments to identify learning audiences, needs, assumptions and dependencies in knowledge, skills or behaviours required for effective knowledge transfer and change adoption in each audience group
- Scope, Design, Build and deliver/co-deliver learning experiences/modules that effectively develop, assess and embed the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for change programme initiatives
- Schedule learning build and provide guidance as to training timelines that informs change schedule and delivery dates
- Efficiently build effective system walk throughs and simulations for all system related changes (where required)
- Work with the change manager to scope and design assessment methods and micro-learning tools that assesses effectiveness and allows leaders and team members to continually embed learning post change go-live
- Ongoing refinement and management of existing Retail Capability learning programs and experience to include changes

**About you**
We are looking for someone with 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role

- Proven ability to manage a large volume of disparate work through to completion autonomously
- Demonstrated understanding of training needs analysis, methodologies and moments of learning needs with the ability to choose the most effective learning/performance solution
- Demonstrated ability to learn, design and build for dispersed workforces
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and project management
