**About the Role**
Are you passionate about driving performance and enhancing customer experiences in banking? As our new **Capability Partner**you’ll play a pivotal role in uplifting our Business Banking channels by embedding effective sales coaching and customer engagement practices across our frontline teams.

You’ll lead the design and delivery of capability programs, coaching frameworks, and tools that empower commercial lenders, frontline staff, and leaders to excel in every customer interaction—from business development to lending interviews, retention, and service excellence.

Collaborating closely with change managers, capability leads, and sales leadership, you’ll ensure our practices are fit-for-purpose and aligned with BOQ Group’s customer-first culture.

You’re a dynamic and experienced capability professional with a deep understanding of sales and leadership roles in Business Banking.

You bring:

- Proven expertise in commercial sales training and leadership development.
- Strong facilitation and internal consulting skills.
- A knack for designing engaging, effective learning experiences.
- A systems-thinking mindset that helps you distinguish training needs from process or change requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A proactive, resilient, and customer-focused approach.
