**Tannoch Brae,** located in St Albans Park Geelong, has been designed to ensure comfort and quality care in a home-like environment, for every resident. Our home offers an atmosphere of community and family. Residents can relax and enjoy the peaceful enclosed courtyard, or a variety of quiet sitting areas.

**About the Opportunity**

Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing quality care, support and recreational activities to our home's residents.
- Provide care in line with resident's individual care needs
- Report all incidents and changes in resident behaviour to the nurses
- Complete all documentation and ensure compliance with relevant processes
- Establish positive relationships with residents

**Perm part time roles available for the right people**

To be successful, you'll need:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members

**_ The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and recent flu. Some may be required to complete a NDIS check._**
