**About The Role**

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference in someone's life, we would love to hear from you.

You will provide support to our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community.

Shifts are available from Melton to St Albans and surrounds, and you can start immediately

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with mobility and personal hygiene
- Administering medications as needed

**About You**

In joining the team, you must have:

- Cert III Individual Support or Cert IV Disability
- NDIS Check
- Previous experience working with NDIS participants
- Previous experience working in Aged Care
- Car & Licence
- CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Strong communication skills
