**About this role**

We’re looking for a qualified Receiving Coordinator to aid the receiving team in the put away and staging of product. You will aid the receiving team leader in deciding what is to be put away (Rebooked orders, scheduled jobs, etc) and what needs to be immediately staged for sorting by delivery date. This is a hands on role, working directly with other team members to achieve a common goal.

**What you’ll do**
- Aid receiving team in ensuring stock is receipted in on time based on KPI.
- Aid in keeping inbound staging area clear each day for the next day’s unload.
- Learn and understand the delivery schedule so jobs/products that require long term storage can be put away.
- Lead the team in staging products by delivery date order through use of manifests.
- Keep record of items requiring quality control checks.
- Record any damage to items.
- Ensure all stock is receipted into the system or transferred location with use of RF gun.
- Ensure all stock is located by 2pm daily.
- Work with your Receiving Team Leader to ensure processes are completed correctly.
- Assist in stocktakes where required.
- Assist with the unloading of containers.
- Unloading and reloading trucks with counterbalance forklift.
- Any other tasks required by your management team.

**Qualifications**
- Hold a current Forklift License (preferred but not necessary)
- Support Company’s objective of zero harm
- Comply with all workplace health and safety guidelines
