Finance Coordinator

**Requirements**:

- Manage cash accounts including but not limited to overdue payments, disputes and reconciliation.
- Conduct regular ledger reviews with stakeholders as required.
- Maintain effective communications with stakeholders and ensure customer queries are actioned in an appropriate timeframe.
- Provide support to construction industry teams to ensure payments received are correctly recipes, banked and allocated daily, including allocation of Equipment and Attachment banking to customer invoices.
- Provide support in sales administration tasks when and where required.

**Job Details**:

- 6-month position
- Monday to Friday
- 38 hours per week
- $34.00 per hour + penalties
- Current drivers' licence and reliable transport
- Min. 5 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting within a large organization.
- Knowledge of Business and Administration procedures and credit principles.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and evaluating financial information.
- Strong technical/mathematical background
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass pre-employment including Drug/Alcohol screen.
